There was almost a bidding war which would have taken it out of our price range, but Baron avoided all that and got a firm agreement from the other agent that it would be sold to us. Since everything was new to us he spent as much time as we needed explaining everything that came up and making sure that all the paper work was in order.
He treats you like his one and only client. Your concerns are his concerns, and he works incredibly hard and has a lot of experience to make things go smoothly and the way that you want. Emails and phone calls are answered very quickly and thoroughly. You will never be left wondering what is happening.

There were a few hiccups on the lender end, due to extending closing date, but Baron worked it out to ensure a sound transaction. After everything was said and done, we got a surprise in the mail which was a gift card from Baron blessing us with our first home.
